Since 2006, she has worked at Czech Television. Between 2012 and 2016, she served as a Creative Producer at Czech Television Brno. As a director, she is behind three seasons of the popular documentary series Ptáčata (Birds) about children from a segregated school in Brno. After leaving Czech Television, she served as Vice Dean for International Relations at FAMU and currently teaches at the Department of Production at FAMU. She founded and leads the international Serial Killer TV series festival, and since 2021, she has been the director of the Television Institute. She is also a member of the Expert Council of Tuke.TV.​​

Since 2001, she has held various managerial positions in film production companies and later became Head of the Sales Department in Berlin at MDC Int. In 2008, she became the director of Film Europe. From 2012 to 2018, she led the Department of Film and Television Production at FAMU in Prague. Since 2019, she has been the Program Director of the FebioFest Prague and works as a consultant for film festivals in Eastern Europe. Currently, she is the Chairwoman of the Council of the State Cinematography Fund in the Czech Republic.

Co-founder of Tuke.TV, an audiovisual platform that reflects both Roma and Czech society through various forms of audiovisual content online. In collaboration with Czech Television, she is developing a series adaptation of Věra Chytilová's original 1986 film Vlčí bouda. In 2024, she will release her documentary directorial debut Rozdělené životy: Příběhy desegregace (Divided Lives: Stories of Desegregation). In addition to her work as a creative producer, she focuses on inclusion in audiovisual media and supporting Roma filmmakers. Her topics include cultivating public debate, Roma identity, gender equality, and finding ways to maintain perspective and humor.

Roma director and film producer, founder of the Czech-Slovak production company Media Voice. Her documentary debut Jak jsem se stala partyzánkou (How I Became a Partisan) had its world premiere at the goEast Festival in 2021 and won the Award for Cultural Diversity. The film explores the fate of forgotten Roma partisans, based on the story of her great-grandfather. In 2022, she participated in the CIRCLE Women Doc Accelerator program and has since been a member of the European Film Academy. Her new film O Baripen about the legacy of Elena Lacková premiered at the Ji.hlava 2023.

Former editor-in-chief of the Kinobox website. He began his career in 1999 as a freelancer for the magazines Živel and from 2003, he wrote for the monthly Cinema. In 2013, he won the Křepelka Award for the best journalist under 33. He teaches at several schools, including FAMU and FF MU in Brno. This year, he will publish a book titled Velmi pozdní odpoledne (Very Late Afternoon), which explores the transformations in the understanding of sexuality. Together with Alena Julii Novotná, he produces the successful podcast Hodný, zlý a kritický (The Good, the Bad, and the Critical), which brings to light pearls from the depths of audiovisual culture.

Since 2007, Zuzana Dubová has been dedicated to professional film production, having studied directing and screenwriting at Tomas Bata University in Zlín and ECIB in Barcelona. She has directed a number of feature films and documentaries, such as Rajče on the Road, Ženy Bruntálska, and Kniha Klaudie (The Book of Klaudia). Since 2009, she has been collaborating with Czech Television on documentaries and children's series. Through the non-profit organization Labyrint Brno, she has worked on film education for deaf children, directing several feature films with them, including Holoubci (The Doves), which competed at the Reykjavik International Film Festival. Her films have been featured at the Zlín Film Festival and in competitions in India.

Robert Poupátko began his career as an editor for adult films, but his dream was to write. When he met director and producer Jiří Sádek, they began working together on the Roma horror Mulo, for which the screenplay received support from the State Cinematography Fund. Poupátko is currently working for the audiovisual platform Tuke.TV, where, alongside producer Alica Sigmund Heráková, he is developing a serial remake of Věra Chytilová's film Vlčí bouda

(The Wolf's Lair).

Co-founder of the artistic platform APART, Denis Kozerawski focuses on social issues and art in the context of the climate crisis. Since 2020, he has collaborated with the RUVK platform on research in Veľký Krtíš, addressing issues of segregation and housing accessibility. His work has been presented at prestigious locations such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and the Alserkal Arts Foundation in Dubai. He is a recipient of the Oskar Čepan Award.

His directorial debut Polednice (The Noonday Witch) won the Mélies d'Argent Award at the MotelX festival in 2016. He is renowned as a director of dubbing for HBO, Disney, Netflix, Amazon, and Pixar, with notable dubbing successes including Finding Dory and The Crown. He is a two-time recipient of the František Filipovský Award. Jiří is also a producer at COFILM, the company working on the animated series Plešouni (The Baldies) for pediatric oncology patients. He was the creative producer of the series Banáni (Bananas) and is also a producer of the short animated film O Lýkožroutce (The Bark Beetle), as well as the developing horror Mulo, written by Robert Poupátko.

He studied electrical engineering and later theatre and film at JAMU (Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts). He completed study and work placements in Ljubljana, Berlin, and New York. As a cameraman, sound engineer, and director, he has contributed to feature films such as Co s Péťou (What About Péťa), Jiříkovo vidění (Jiřík’s Vision), and Miri fajta. Together with Martin Chlup, he is a producer at the company Bledě modrá tečka (Pale Blue Dot).

She is the co-director of the International Romani Film Festival AKE DIKHEA? and a founding member of the European Network of Romani Film Professionals AVAZYA. Her latest work includes an animated documentary series exploring nine stories of Romani and Sinti resistance across Europe during World War II. In March 2023, she founded Patrin Films Ltd., a collective led by Roma in the UK, which supports the visibility of Romani ethnic identity, language, and culture through the production of documentary and fiction films.

She is the founder and organizer of the multi-genre festival Letňák z Kině in Český Krumlov, which focuses on alternative culture and the underground. Viola has collaborated with Czech Radio Plus and Radio Wave, where she worked on radio documentaries. She worked as an editor for ČT24 and, together with Markéta Slavková, created the time-lapse documentary M.I.R., which explores the post-war landscape of Srebrenica in a cinéma vérité style. In addition to this, she directs music videos, theatrical productions, and other audiovisual works. As a director, she worked on the documentary LETY for Romea TV. This film was awarded at the Ake Dikhea? Film Festival in Berlin with an honorary mention.

She graduated from a secondary pedagogical school and the conservatory with a focus on singing. She is a member of the Ara Art theater group. She has performed as a guest artist at the Theatre na Vinohradech, Hybernia Theatre, the Musical Theatre Karlín, and the Congress Centre in several musical productions. She is the first Romani woman to sing as a soloist at the Prague Rudolfinum. Currently, she is still active in the Ara Art theater group, at the Husa na provázku Theatre in Brno, collaborates with Grammy Award winner Oran Etkin, and focuses on her own musical creations and teaching singing at the International Conservatory Prague.
